摘 要: 区域农业旱情指标是准确判别旱情等级, 北京英语翻译有效进行防旱抗旱的重要依据。为做好旱情实时评估, 避免或减轻管理性干旱所造成的损失。本文以长治市为例, 从引发干旱灾害受自然地理、气候因素与人类活动的影响原因, 分析了干旱灾害的影响范围和影响程度; 以农业旱情、旱灾损失情况和抗旱现状调查资料为基础, 对区域农业旱情受灾程度进行了评定, 划分了干旱易发地区; 以历年旱情过程分析, 解释了应用农业旱灾损失指标和降水距平指标进行干旱等级划分中存在的不足; 通过对地域分布、年际、年内变化特征的分析与实时旱情的实践与验证, 提出以水文干旱指标与实时农业旱情相结合的方法作为评价本地区的旱情指标, 使干旱程度的描述能力更强、防旱抗旱减灾的依据更具科学性和实用性北京日语翻译。
Abstract: Regional agricultural drought index is an important basis for correctly determining the drought classification and effectively implementing the drought protection and relief. In order to do well the real time drought evaluation, avoid or alleviate the loss caused by managerial drought, this article takes Changzhi City as an example, from the reason of drought disaster caused by natural geography, climatic factors and human activities, analyze the influence range and influence degree of drought disaster; on the basis of agricultural drought, drought loss situation and status survey data, evaluate the regional agricultural drought damage degree, divide the drought easy happening area. Through analyzing the drought process over the years, explain the shortage of drought classification division when applying the agricultural drought loss index and precipitation anomaly index; through the analysis of regional distribution, inter-annual and intra-annual variation characteristics, practice and verification of real time drought, put forward the method of combining the hydrologic drought index and real time agricultural drought for evaluating the drought index in the area, make the descriptive power of drought degree stronger, basis for disaster protection and relief more scientific and practical.
