摘要: 液固流化床粗煤泥分选是一种新型的粗煤泥分选技术, 是在粒度不同的高浓度固体颗粒环境中实现对粗煤泥分选的过程, 其内部颗粒与颗粒、颗粒与流体之间存在着极为复杂的关系, 通过对液固流动状态和物料运动平衡关系, 推导出了上升水流流量与给料中固体含量、精煤产率、底流浓度、溢流浓度和给料浓度之间的关系式, 通过分选区域内的分层动力学研究, 从理论上解释了颗粒的密度大于粒度对颗粒运动影响的原因, 同时还指出了作为分选介质的颗粒的特性和上升悬浮液的密度对颗粒运动行为的影响北京翻译公司。

Abstract: A new type of technology for liquid-solid fluidized bed coarse slime separation has been materialized in the dense solid granules of different granularities, in cases where the most complex connection either between the granule and the granule or between the granule and the liquid does exist. The formula which indicates the relationship between the flow rate of the upward current and the solid content, clean coal yield, underflow concentration, overflow concentration and feed concentration in the feeds has been deduced according to whether the liquid-solid flow-state depends on motion or rest of the materials. What is more, in view of the study on the separation dynamics in the separation area, the reason why the granule motion is affected where the density of the granules is more than the granularity has been made clear in theory. Also, how the characteristics of the granules as the separation medium as well as the density of the upward suspension affect the motion of the graduals has been explained.

In recent years, application of a great deal of dense-media cyclones of large diameter and flotation columns has allowed the effective granularity in the separation of the coals to respectively extend upwards and downwards, but which has reduced the separation effect of coarse slime which is between gravity separation and flotation. So the separation of coarse slime has become the key point affecting the clean coal yield. The liquid-solid fluidized bed coarse slime separator, a new type of equipment, has excellent separation results and with simple configuration. The research about it has just begun in China. The separation theory can match the characteristics of narrow granularity bound, low density separation of coarse slime.
