Agreement is Controlling

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of the main body of this agreement and the provisions of any Work Order attached hereto, the provisions of the main body of this agreement shall be controlling and shall govern, except to the extent such provisions are expressly superseded by the provisions of said Work Order.

Counterparts

This agreement and any Work Order may be executed in two or more counterparts, all of which shall 

constitute one and the same instrument.  Each such counterpart shall be deemed an original, and it shall not be necessary in making proof of this agreement to produce or account for more than one such counterpart.

 Execution and Delivery

This agreement and each Work Order shall be deemed executed by both Parties when any one or

more counterparts hereof or thereof, individually or taken together, bears the signatures of each of 

the Parties.  This agreement and any Work Order, once executed by a Party, may be delivered to the other Party by facsimile transmission of a copy thereof bearing the signature of the Party so delivering it.

本协议具有管控权

倘若本协议的主体部分的条款与随附的任何工作指令中的条款存在任何不一致或冲突，那么应以前者为准。但是，上述工作指令的条款中明确表明可以取代此种条款的除外俄语翻译。

一式几份

本协议及其任何工作指令将一式几份。所有的此种复印件将构成同一个文书。每一个此种复印件都将被视为一个原件。无需就此种一式几份提供任何证明。

签署和交付

倘若本协议以及工作指令的任何一份或多份已载有协议双方的签字，那么，协议双方应被视为已签署本协议以及每一份工作指令。本协议和任何工作指令一旦被协议一方签署，那么，应将载有此方的签字的复印件以传真形式发送给另一方。在此情况下，此种复印件才被视为已发送德语翻译。

标题

本协议中所插入的任何标题只为方便起见，将不构成本协议的一部分，也不影响本协议的含义、构成或效果。
