The basic business of the Company is to build up cable broadband and HD conversion/interaction platform by equipment investment to drive the integration of the three networks in China. Income of core business: a. HD channel + cable broadband Internet access fees distributed from CATV network operators; b. HD conversion/interaction service fees charged from subscribers. Business mode

The Company adopts two steps to achieve the objective: firstly, relying on the Company’s sharp edge of advanced technology, innovative capacity and low cost of equipment manufacturing, invest in the front-end of value-added business, three-network integration user-end, network two-way reconstruction equipment and as well as BOSS (Business & Operation Support System) of CATV network companies in large and medium sized cities by equipment investment/lease, etc; and cooperate with local broadcast & TV operators to complete the two-way reconstruction of cable network and provide cable broadband Internet access service to achieve a portion of cable broadband operating income of broadcast & TV operators.

在完成上述投资业务的同时，公司将依托其投资建造的有线宽带网络，建设属于自己的高清转换/交互平台。平台业务包括：将基于电脑终端的互联网业务向高清交互平台转换及移植，使众多用户从电脑转向高清电视，以及发展基于高清电视特点的其他服务，公司收入也将从初期的以互联网接入为主，逐渐过渡到以收取交互/交互平台服务费为主。

In addition to the above investment business, the Company will establish a cable broadband network relying on its investment and build up its own HD conversion/interaction platform. The platform service covers: transforming or transplanting computer-based Internet service into HD interaction platform, to make users turn from computers to HDTV sets, and developing other services based on HDTV features; the Company’s income source will also gradually transit from Internet access prevailing at the initial stage to conversion/interaction platform service.
