In 2008, the first property chose by the Company since it entered in the China Mainland was Silversun International Apartment Hotel, which is located in Taiyuan Street area of Shenyang City and developed by Shenyang Silversun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Until now, the two parties have signed Purchase Agreement with the total investment capital of RMB 200 million Yuan. At the same time, the Company establishes a foreign investment company in Shenyang.
