违约责任

a 合同中有专项条款的按专项条款执行;

b 因乙方原因造成不能通过现场认证审核, 乙方免收咨询费用并继续服务直至通过认证;

c 若甲方原因终止服务合同, 甲方应支付乙方相应咨询费用并承担合同总额20％违约金;

d 逾期付款, 承担日百分之一的滞纳金。上海英语翻译

Liabilities for Breach of Contract:

a. Any special provisions in the contract shall be executed in accordance with the special provisions;

b. In case Party A fails to pass on-site audit due to the reason of Party B, Party B shall exempt Party A from the consulting fee and keep provide consulting services until Party A passes the certification;  

c. In case the contract is terminated due to the reason of Party A, Party A shall pay Party B relevant consulting fee plus a penalty equivalent to 20% (twenty percent) of the contract value.

d. In case of overdue payment, Party A shall pay a daily overdue fine equitant to 1% (one percent) of the payables. 

合同有效期限:

Term of Contract:

This contract shall become effective while it’s signed by both parties, and shall be terminated automatically after Party A acquires the certificate and settle all payments specified in the contract. 

特别说明 :

本次认证咨询服务中签定的认证合同为附加合同, 因此所发生的一切费用均按本合同签订的价格结算。

Special remarks:

The contract for consulting services of certification is an accessory contract. Any fee resulted from thereof shall be subject to prices agreed in this contract.

解决争议方式:

在合同履行过程中如发生争议

a □由双方协商解决

b □申请仲裁

c □人民法院解决

d □发生时再决定

Dispute:

Any dispute generated during the performance of this contract shall be:

a. □ settled by means of negotiation between both parties;

b. □ submitted to an arbitration tribunal for arbitration; 

c. □ submitted to a people’s court for judgment; or

d. □ settled on the basis of practical situation.
