Shares of the Company held by its sponsors may not be transferred for a period of one (1) year commencing from the date of the Company’s establishment. Shares issued before the Company publicly issues shares may not be transferred for a period of one (1) year commencing from the date when shares of the Company are listed in stock exchanges for trade.

Directors, supervisors and senior managers of a listed company shall declare and apply for locking shares of the Company held by them prior to the listing of shares of the Company and upon the effectiveness of the appointment, newly increase of shares of the Company held by them and effectiveness of leave application in accordance with relevant regulations of the stock exchanges.

The directors, supervisors, senior managers and securities affair representatives of the Company shall report to the Company the shares of the Company held thereby and the changes of such shares. The shares transferred by the directors, supervisors and senior managers of the Company every year may not exceed 25% of the total amount of shares of the Company held thereby; the shares of the Company held thereby may not be transferred for a period of one (1) year commencing from the date when shares of the Company are listed in stock exchanges for trade.
