The Great Soka Code was not embraced by all of the inhabitants of Sokator. Aside from the expected initial resistance to the Code, over time there were those who wanted to continue to use means other than Soka to crush their enemies. Then there were those of a more peaceful mind who objected to the single species lifestyles enforced by the Code. Many left their native lands to found a new multi-cultural nation in the archipelago of islands in the Friendly Sea. They called this nation The Exisles, a place where all races could live side by side in peace and harmony.

They began to play a new and altogether different style of Soka in The Exisles, one that combined the styles of players from all the other Seven Nations of Sokator. Many aspiring Soka players flocked to The Exisles, drawn by the chance to mix freely with players from other nations and to learn new skills from each other. Here, they would be free from the restrictive rules of their individual home nations, rules that were upheld and enforced by The Soka Council in its ongoing efforts to preserve the highly competitive spirit of the game. Here in The Exisles, for instance, a female Felinistan could play Soka at a professional level, something that would have been absolutely forbidden back in her home nation of Krystalia.

“依克斯尔斯族”的索科运动融合了七大种族的特色。来自不同种族的索科球员在这里可以相互自由交流与切磋技艺。这因为这样，越来越多的索科球员涌向“依克斯尔斯”群岛。“索科委员会”为了保存这项运动的竞技性而出台的各项规则在这里统统失效，譬如女性猫人在这里可以参加专业级别的索科比赛，而在猫人族自己的领地上，女性是严格禁止参赛的上海翻译。

The Exisles also attracted a great many refugees from the other nations, including Soka players who had inadvertently broken the rules of play in their home nation.
