根据本项目现场管理的要求, 我司将为本项目派驻1位项目经理, 负责北京嘉铭中心的弱电系统设备供应及安装工程, 项目经理将代表公司对整个项目负责, 是项目部内部的领导, 是项目部对外关系的唯一正式接口法语翻译。

项目经理将领导三方面的工作, 现场施工、技术服务和商务协调, 并得到公司职能部门的支持。

现场技术服务由项目技术负责人直接管理, 各专业技术负责人领导专业设计工程师、现场调试工程师、系统检验工程师和制图员进行现场技术支持工作英语翻译。

商务协调由项目经理亲自负责, 项目商务助理和项目采购主管协助项目经理处理本项目的商务问题。

According to the requirement of this project site management, we will appoint a project manager in charge of the project of the weak current system equipment provision and installation for this project. The manager will be responsible for the whole project as the representative of the company. He/she is the leader of the project and the only formal linkage to the outside of the project department.

The project manager will lead tasks of three aspects. They are on-site construction, technology service and business coordination. The manager will be supported by functional departments.

On-site technology service is directly in the charge of the person who is in charge of the project technology. Every person in his profession will lead professional design engineers, on-site test engineers, system examination engineers and draughtsman with on-site technology support tasks.

Business coordination is in the direct charge of project manager. The project business assistant and the project procurement manager will assist the manager in managing the business problem of this project.
