Strategy Department: Be rsponsible for the analysis and research of the domestic and international political and economic situation and the development status and trends in related industry which impact our company’s strategies, providing advisory oppinions for company development strategy’s implementation and phase adjustment; in charge of construction and development of corporate public relations and reserve project’s feasibility demonstration and pre-development.
行政部: 负责公司行政总务管理, 协助公司创造良好的工作环境和和谐的工作氛围。
Administration Department: Be responsible for company’s administrative management, assist company to create a good working environment and harmonious working atmosphere.
人事部: 发挥服务、管理、协调、监督的职能, 为公司发展尽力, 为业务一线服务。合理配置人力资源, 协助公司创造良好的激励机制, 为员工提供良好的工作环境, 创造和谐的工作氛围英语口译。
Human Resource Department: To play the functions of service, management, coordination and supervision, to endeavor to the development of the company, to serve for the first-line of business. Reasonable allocation of human resources. To assist company to create a good incentive mechanism, to provide a good working environment and create a harmonious working atmosphere for employees.
计财部: 负责拟定公司年度经营计划;对各部门经营计划进行批复并对执行情况进行评价、考核;负责公司日常财务管理以及资金筹措、运作及内部资金控制。
Finance Department: Responsible for studying out company's annual business plan; official reply for each department’s business plan and evaluation, assessment of the implementation; in charge of company’s day-to-day financial management as well as the financing, operation and internal financial control.
