The Seller shall appoint skilled experts in the mechanical, electronic and automated fields to provide technical guidance and training for the Buyer’s technical personnel, ensuring that the Buyer is able to understand and master the principles of each part, correctly use and operate the equipment and independently perform various tests and maintenance tasks specified in the contract.

预验收方法, 由卖方给验收小组进行现场操作、演示技术规格书中规定的各种功能、测量参数、控制参数、精度等内容, 均符合要求方可双方签字翻译公司。

Pre-acceptance method

The Seller performs filed operation and demonstrates various functions (including measurement parameters, control parameters and precision etc) specified in the technical specifications to the acceptance team. The signing can be made by two parties if all the said items meet the requirements.

Field installation, commissioning and guidance for the operating personnel

The field installation and commissioning of the equipment in the Buyer’s site shall be performed by the experts designated by the Seller, and the Buyer is responsible for providing necessary transportation. During the course, the Seller’s experts shall further explain the technical knowledge and make demonstration on the use, adjustment, repair, maintenance, trouble prevention, trouble analysis and troubleshooting of the whole equipment to the Buyer’s technical personnel.
