5.1 Construction scale
Considering the iron making plant, two blast furnaces with 255m3 capacities will be built to ensure 500,000 tons of annual steel output and the annual sinter amount required by iron making plant is about 900,000 tons. To meet the requirement of blast furnace iron making, a sintering machine with 72m2 of effective sintering area will be installed in the sintering plant during the first stage, in which the utilization coefficient of the sintering machine is 1.5 t/m2.h, and the annual finished sinter is 850,000~900,000 tons.
5.1建设规模
考虑到炼铁厂一期将建设二座255m3高炉, 年产生铁50万t, 炼铁厂年需烧结矿约90万t。为满足高炉炼铁的需要, 烧结厂一期配套建设一台有效烧结面积72m2的烧结机, 烧结机利用系数为1.5 t/m2·h, 年产成品烧结矿85—90万t。
5.2 Main facilities
The main facilities of the sintering plant comprises: The flux pulverizing-screening system, the fuel crushing system, the proportioning system, pelletizer, sintering and cooling system, sintering fan system, size stabilizing-screening system, storing-conveying system, bedding material and ore returning system, recovery system for sintered ash, etc.
